Better smoker than I expected (pic heavy)

Finally finished my warmer to smoker build. The electric over propane works great for me. Included lots pics and first cook. This was a deer bologna that came out great. 80 ven / 20 fat
But I'll do a seperate post on the bologna.
Temps held so well it feels like I'm cheating. Wired up two dedicated 20 amps and I was in business. Smoke mailbox was awesome once I figured out airflow. Thanks to everyone on this forum for advice, it really was used and appreciated. Can't say it enough. Here are the pics:

That came out clean! What kind of temp controller are you using for each element. A nice on the vari-speed control fan

Those were on amazon
Baytite brand , I have no issues at all with them
The only ones I found rated as high as I needed
I like inkbird products but the rating wasnt what I needed

What size pipe did you use on the smoking side? I am doing this Saturday and I can’t tell if your is a 1” or larger?

Any tips on the air flow would Be great. Looks Ike you just drilled two largish holes?

larger better, think i did 2 in
do as big as poss can reduce later
i use fan on stack to pull air
works great

ok thanks. I will have to give it a try. I Dont love the idea that I might need to add anther fan maybe i will get lucky and i can get it to draft right.
