That looks like a great idea,,, when you do it this way do you ever have any problems with them caking?? some of my packs cake,, how can I prevent that??

When you put the clear wrap over the top, put some rice on it befoe you put the lid on.

thanks,,, will do that from now on,,, but what happens if I already have some that are caked,, best way to "un cake" it?? I have put it in 1 cup of water and let is sit overnight or so any other ideas just in case it happens again when I go get in my stash and I find one.

I use silica packets.  cheap and effective.  My $0.02
