I purchased the seasonings from my local meat market, This being my first try I thought I would go the safe route.I do know it has CRP, garlic and sage.Awesome!!!!!!
What did you spice it with?
Thanks bear, Yes it came in sealed package with no ingredients or instructions on it. My butcher told me it's what he uses to make the sausage he sales in the market.
Was it a pre-mix?

Thank you Barbe, I tried to read up on what you guys have posted on making sausage and it definetly worked. thanks everyone for the great (how to) info.Man, that came out looking amazing!! Gives me hope for when I get around to my first try at sausage!
