Move over Colonel Sanders!!!

Well i had a LOT of butt leftover and the kids wanted to try something different. Since they love mashed potato bowls I thought I'd try a variation....

First I made a big pot of garlic mashed potatoes and warmed up some pulled pork.



Put a layer of potatoes in a pan and covered with a layer of pork.



Covered that with a layer of shredded cheddar and pepper-jack cheeses.



Covered that with a thin layer of the potatoes.



Covered that with some more cheddar and baked at 350 for 15 minutes.



The end result was very tasty and with some big ol' biscuits n jelly on the side made for a nice meal and some full bellies.



They are already calling dibs on the leftovers.
