Looking to get a good slicer with out breaking the bank.  I will use it quite a bit so I dont want a cheapo. Whats everbodys choice?

Chef's Choice makes several good slicers.

Al, which model would you recommend.

I just bought this one...Its good. Gear drive, 150 watt motor.,  and metal. 8-1/2" blade easy to clean, rubber feet and the price is Right -on  my budget.,,.most others are 6-7-1/2"
