Great looking brisket! Glad to finally see the egg in use! I told Robert for months if I ever made it to Texas I was taking it home with me. Nice choice on the whiskeys as well my friend!

Thank you! It was impossible to say no to the offer to own it. I've coveted one for awhile. Of course the follow up question from the wife was, "so what grills/pits are you going to get rid of now?" Eventually she'll tire of asking haha. I do need a larger patio though! They all have their purpose!

The whiskey was solid, the brisket was more than serviceable, and I had a lot of fun. Was a good day... or two...
