Haven't done one in a while but my brother is in town and my niece is being married in two weeks. Tonight is the bachelor party so I asked her if she was busy. Brisket beat her previous plans. Started this morning. Did a complete hack job trimming but it was after happy hour with my brother. Got side tracked earlier having to take my son to the doctor to get his wrist looked at but that seems ok. Almost there.
