Meatloaf. Do I have to give friend credit?

So a buddy of mine texted me saying I should do a meatloaf sometime.  Honestly it had been something I had thought about before, I guess I just needed that push.  Wrapped it in bacon and threw it on the smoker with some potatoes.  Nothing overly fancy but it certainly turned out pretty good.  Even had a good friend who isn't a big meatloaf fan comment it was pretty tasty.  Decent smoke ring and all, I was pretty happy.

Great looking meatloaf! My youngest daughter got into smoking alongside her daddy. Last month she came up with this idea......"The Heart Attack" meatloaf!
