Mballi made me jealous w/his Dino Bones, Had to smoke some!

Happened to be at the market at the right time Friday. Dino bones were lookin' very large, not mega sized like Mark's thou. I only paid $1.99lb they were cheap to sell them quick, last day to sell them. Smoked w/lump and hickory to a temp of 170*ish, about 2.5 hours.

They were a bit tough but very tasty, I used a beef rub from my spice sage.
