Great job all. Good luck. 1) NY Strip seared on the vortex, finished on the kettle. Baby Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and some green stuff.

3) Grilled ribeye steak with fresh chimichurri and herbed compound butter. Served with roasted asparagus caprese (asparagus, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic glaze), Dutchess potatoes (mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, butter, heavy cream, egg yolks, and spices, piped through a pastry bag) and grilled cremini mushrooms.

4) Skewered Picanha Steaks, Skewered Bell Peppers and Potatoes, also a bowl of Farofa. With a Guava and Salted Caramel Pie.

5) Tritip and taters

6) Steak Oscar with homemade bearnaise sauce with crab.

7) Steak and asparagus

8) Sweet Soy Sauce Marinaded Bacon Wrapped Filet with Sesame Seed Crusted Wagyu Tallow Seared Wild Caught Ahi Tuna, Fries, and Vermouth & Sweet Soy Sauce Pickled Jalapeño Onions.

9) Surf and Turf

10) Beef Fillet with Burgundy Mushroom Sauce
