Did 6 racks of spares trimmed down to st louis for a friends baby shower. Smoked at 235 3 hrs on smoke apple and cherry, 1 hr foiled and about 1 hr back on smoked. Everyone loved them.

They look great. Cherry really does a fine job of adding that rich mahogany color...JJ

  12. Great colour, haven't tried cherry wood yet I'll have to pick some up.

  13. Those look awesome. Nice work.

You can pick up cherry wood chunks from Walmart or Cabellas and Home Depot.

My Walmart near me in Baltimore has no Cherry wood chunks just chips.

Lots of apple wood. Bags are full odd shapes off wood and bark. Its crap.

Great looking ribs! Cherry mixed with pecan is one of our favorites. Cherry used to be hard to get in my area but HD carries 20 pound bags of it year round now!

I ran out of cherry but have so much fruit wood I haven't looked for it.  I think I'm going to get some cherry pellets for my AMNTS.  Nice smoke!

  19. Great color indeed! Happy 4th! Cheers! - Leah
