that's quite beautiful. did you sauce it or just go wit the brown sugar, butter, honey glaze during foiling? I'm smoking six racks this weekend in my WSM 22.5" for my girlfriend's family. The pressure is on because they're big foodies, any tips you can give me?
 
Ribs look great!

I have come to the conclusion that cherry is about the greatest wood to mix with almost any stronger wood, depending on what you are making.

Two Beans?  I can't even fix ribs for two?

She likes wet.  I like dry.

So I split the rack.

I would do both and see what "sells"?
