Chickens for pulling and vac seal for us and mom to use as need. No big show just some oregano and red pepper flakes.

Prime rib that didn't seal in vac bag in December so SPOG on it. Finished half to moms and other stays home for quick sear and supper. Two chuck roasts. One for us in middle to be pulled and into chilie then vac sealed and frozen. Jack Daniels rub with extra onion powder. Right side just onion and garlic smidge of salt for mom to freeze couple of bags and heat as needed for proteins.

Last but not least ribs over open flame with a brown sugar bbq rub. Let'em go for 2 to 3 hours then foil with water and bourban till done.

Chucks off smoker 1 and half into instapot. Vac a half for mom to use with some veggies in crock pot. One whole out of pot and pulled ready for chili.

Looking good, smart to do several things while everything is set up and hot
Like most on here know just as easy to do several as only one. While none of this finishes right together, all of it's close enough in cook temps and time so no big deal. Only thing I don't mix are long smokes like PP or Brisket with the short time stuff like this.

Kindly the plan for mom anyway. She's 78 and veggies are no problems but dealing with skillets and such for proteins is harder. This way she just pulls out a bag and uses it she sees fit.
