Been a week for both me and the dog and wanted to keep simple. Did some boiled shrimp and where quite tasty. Next up where these short ribs. Just grilled a couple minutes a side over hot fire. I like them mid rare. The flavor was really good. Sometimes the simple things are the best.

Marinade
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Looks pretty freakin' tasty to me!! I'd take a batch of those in a heartbeat!! Great looking plate for sure.
