Decided to do some ribs today. I've been so busy I haven't cooked much of anything for a bit. Went with back ribs & the kids wanted to help too.

The ribs - and all the fixins' - looked terrific J! Nicely done!

Also...it makes me smile to see your sons queing and roping - 2 things that always bonded me to my late father.

Well done Sir!

Thank you, used to team rope alot but not as much these days. But still wanted to pass that on.

Man that all looks fantastic but WHOA! Grilled peaches? Never tried that one and I live right here in the peach state. How were they?

I'm on the shady side of 60 now, too fat and arthritic. Haven't been horseback in a long time...but grew up team roping. I still miss it sometimes, but that ship sailed a long tome ago lol.

We do them pretty often, and we really enjoy them in our house. These ones weren't quite ripe but the grill helps soften them up. I think the go great with pork especially.
