Decided to do some ribs today. I've been so busy I haven't cooked much of anything for a bit. Went with back ribs & the kids wanted to help too.

Thank you, used to team rope alot but not as much these days. But still wanted to pass that on.

I'm on the shady side of 60 now, too fat and arthritic. Haven't been horseback in a long time...but grew up team roping. I still miss it sometimes, but that ship sailed a long tome ago lol.

We do them pretty often, and we really enjoy them in our house. These ones weren't quite ripe but the grill helps soften them up. I think the go great with pork especially.
