Kinda a meat loaf ??

Had the smoker going since 7:30 this morning making jerky snack this morning and ribs for tonight's dinner. I had a little extra hamburger in the fridge that needed to be used.

so i threw together a hodgepodge of stuff from the fridge and will freeze for later. It kinda looks like heck but im sure it will be tasty in a sandwich at some point

lol i had no intentions of eating it as i was cooking other stuff and the beef needed to be used.

Oh.. I get it. Well it would have been good to go for 3 days in fridge with just foil or Glad wrap.. :cool:

I just found the same thing ( for the same reason ) vac'd in the freezer today . Gonna be good with some brown gravy and mashed tater's . Yours looks great .

I love cold Meatloaf Sammie's. Get yourself a Mini Chopper at Wally world. They are around $10. I have great knife skills but when it comes to fine chopped or minced veg, the Chop-Chop as my Mom called it, runs circles around me and cleans up with just a rinse...JJ
