Killer on the loose

So we've turned my step-daughter's house cat into an indoor-outdoor cat.  She now loves to hunt.

I didn't mind the fact that Miss Kitty kept bring us gifts (mice and shrews) and leaving them on the deck, but seems she has really upgraded her hunting skills.  Found this by the front door this morning.

I think she's working her way up in size.  Next will probably be a coyote.

With the price of beef up here, and an expected increase of at least 30% due to a shortage of silage and hay, | would be overjoyed to see that happen.
