Ok, looking at all the qview for sausage & snack sticks i had to break down & buy a grinder!!! Ordered a gander mountain #12 it's on backorder but with the sale & the gander15 code it only cost me $228.00 can't complain about that price!!! If it takes a few weeks to get here that's ok!!Got 4 whole venison hind quarters in freezer just waiting to make some sausage!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for all the input on griders all!!!!!

The good news is you got a good grinder.... the bad news is you will get a lot of new friends!

Congrats, I have the Cabelas 1 hp and quite honestly love it. Makes making sausage alot of fun insted of alot of work.

Next ya will have to have a stuffer.

Hey Gene would you guys be interested in attending a Comp in Osgood this summer?

Sure we would were planning on sitting down in march & trying to put a sched. together for events we were going to attend . We have to work around catering jobs got a few lined up for this summer already. send me a pm with all the details & I'll pass them on to my sidekick & see if we can make it.

congrats - I consider the grinder to be the 2nd most important cooking tool after a knife. OK, third... a smoker. :)
