Wanted to just say hi to all. Just got my MES 30" for xmas. After hours of reading the site I used it for the first time today. I made bears baby back ribs and Dutch's wicked beans. For my first time using it I thought everything came out great. Thanks for all your help, even though you didn't know you gave it!!
