I had some time in between cooks and did not want to shut the cooker down and i had some hamburg left over from my burger cook the other night. So what to hey ?? make a giant meatball and the only thing i regret is not stuffing it with cheese lol

How are you making this? Hot smoke. Temps? Very interested.
 
well it went in my smoker on high smoke to the IT of 130 then browned it up a bit. It got a bit flat on the bottom from sitting on the rack so i just sliced it.

It looks real good!
I think I may have made one large patty so there would be more surface to get smoke on, or as you said stuffed it with cheese or something!
Maybe mad one large beer can burger.

Just had to laugh... I have a hand cranked noodle press, and I made some `full slice`noodles for lasagna!
It didn`t take too many to cover the layer!
