had a a bit of left over Spicy pepper sauce I used on the spicy chicken sandwiches last week, So why not use it on a burger.

Grilled mushroom, onion, jalapenos an Swiss cheese on a toasted brioche bun topped with leaf lettuce, and the Ghost chili, Carolina reaper, an Trinidad Moruga scorpion creamy Mayo sauce. an some Spicy Dill pickle chips

I know when I used my homemade Taco seasoning, I use more with ground beef compared to ground chicken or pork.

I bet that burger was delicious though!
