Hey all,
I'm from the Northern Suburbs of Minneapolis, using a MasterBuild Electric Smoker because I'm the lazy, but still want to eat good.
I've got some mild experience in Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Ribs, and Pork Belly (bacon mainly). Thanks for making this forum, I've perused it before just figured, it was about time I got in on the fun.
