Oh no, its chocolate cake and whole wheat banana bread! Once maybe twice a year I get the jones for something sweet.

Looking really good Skelly! Do you baste then at all or check temp before pulling them? I've done some but had them on little to long. Still tasted ok but not as moist as would of liked with the smoke flavor. Those ultra lights are needed when cooking even on a diet! I keep telling my lady I need a beer or its not the same when I'm by the grill.
