It’s Beef Sammy Time Again!!
I know—I know—You guys are probably tired of seeing my “Leftovers to Sammies” games, but I just can’t help myself!!
OK, so I had a bunch of leftover Sliced Chuck Roast from a 30 hour SV at 138°.
So first a Hot Roast Beef Sammy with Gravy, which is one of my All-Time Favorites, and used to be the cheapest meal at my favorite restaurants.
Then I had to make a Beef Sammy in a small Steak Roll, with Horsey Sauce, and some Beef slices I seared & heated in my Frying Pan.
Then back to another Hot Roast Beef Sammy with Gravy, just because I love them so much!!
And finally I moved away from Beef, and made some Pork Sausages in my Hot Air Fryer, and added some BBQ Sauce & some Hot Peppers.
These Sammies were good for 3 Suppers for the Hungry Bear.
Enjoy the Pics, below,

Leftover slices of Awesome Fork Tender Chucky:
Some Bread, Gravy, and a pile of Beef:
Then more gravy, another slice of Bread & cover the whole thing with Gravy:
Then Something Different:
A couple small Steak Rolls, covered with Creamy Horseradish Sauce--------
Then some Beef slices fresh from being heated in my Frying Pan-------
Close them up & so tender they bite right through easily:
Then Back to another of my Favored Hot Roast Beef Sammy with Gravy:
Close up, covered in Gravy & ready to chow down:
Then a Change of Pace:
Small Steak Roll, with sauce & Hot Peppers-------
Add a Pork Sausage & close it up to eat, with some Pickle Spears on the side:
