In honor of National French Fry day...

Made a sort of version of "poutine".
Tater tots smothered with melted cheddar and spicy curry gravy. Made the same thing with actual French fries too, just didn't get a pic. I know it's supposed to have cheese curds but I didn't have any on hand.

Got you. Didn't know about the French fry day...I thought you were celebrating France National Day.
