This might be worth a try.

Only one way to find out!! Ot does look interesting!

Bet it's good, I love fried bologna so let us know if you make it, might have to give it a try.

i used to bbq chubs. you poke holes into the chub with a big meat fork. then score it in diamond pattern about 1/2" deep. put it in a roster pan and smother with your sauce and seasonings. roast it at 200 with lid on. roll it in the sauce every 30 min. roast it for several hours doing that.

I like this idea and will give this a try soon myself. I usually slice my chubs about 3/8 thick and coat with bbq sauce for grilling until they start getting bubbly crispy flipping sides, but this would be a new twist on the griddle. Thanks for sharing.

I love a smoked bologna chub but that's a different animal. I'd dig in though!
Here's the video:

Back when I was making a lot of Bologna chubs , I used to save a few pounds unsmoked / uncooked and use them to fry a patty for breakfast sandwich . Be good grilled and sauce too .

ive always found it really hard to get smoke into bologna. is there a secret?
I believe people score it. Pretty deep from the videos I've seen.
No chubs to be found while shopping today.
I did find 4 cans of manwich bold for 5.00!

Thin-Sliced bologna on a grill. Now why didn't I think of that? I could see adding some eggs as well.
I like to slice it about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and slap it on the smoker for about 30 to 40 mins and then eat it in a sandwich like a hamburger…
