Sold! I'll pitch the wall tent and set up the wood stove in it with the large stainless chaffing dish (that's our dishwasher when hunting).

Any good smokey stout or porter works good with this soup. I kind of screwed up though all six bottles of the Deschutes went into the pot. Should've got a half rack, all I had left for me to swill while cooking was the cheap stuff.

Your might have some steep competition on the floor these three guys are pretty fast, especially the little one!
