Mandarin, FL
Retired USAF. Live in Jacksonville Fl, prefer OLD name of Mandarin. Griller for years, Weber kettle. Wife just bought me an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn 3 in 1. Been eyeballing it for years. Enrolled in Jeff's course, finished day 1. Finishing up my first cook here in the next 30 minutes or so. Brats and Italian sausages. Did pretty well controlling the temp below 250, I'll get better. I figured I'd use Apple since I don't really know how to control temp or smoke yet. Hoping for the best and enjoying my Sunday afternoon.

Just here to say Hi!

thanks for the welcome. My Mother is from Lubbock, and my oldest Daughter was born in Austin. So, if they ever finish the Great Wall of Texas, I'm hoping they let me in [emoji]128513[/emoji]!
