I smoked three racks of baby back ribs on the WSM, using a barely-modified BRITU recipe, and also prepared three dozen ABT/Jalepeno Poppers, plating up just a few of them here. Oak chunks provided the smoke. The ribs and poppers disappeared first from the buffet table at the SuperBowl party I attended!
