If you're in it's path and simply can't leave, our prayers are with you.

I've luckily rode out a couple of BIG ones of these, and just won't do it anymore.

yeah got to be some scary stuff, living in pa we only usually get the remanence of hurricanes, sometimes 50 mph winds I couldn't imagine 100 plus winds.

Thanks Chili.. We haven't had a direct hit since Dora in 64.. So I assumed we were due and started to prep Tuesday.. Everyone please stay safe !!

I'm wishing for the best for anyone on the east coast of the state and Georgia. We are only a few miles from the west coast but are 30' above sea level and have impact windows and doors, so not too concerned. Headed out now to get 50 gallons of gas for the generator and propane for the smoker!!!

Looks like Florida and the East coast will be dodging a big bullet.
Current forecasts show landfall now unlikely as it should turn and track up the coast but remain at sea.
A lot of rain but hopefully sparing so many major hurricane damage.
