Tropical storm Debby, forecast to soon be a cat. 1 hurricane, will be coming ashore Monday in the Big Bend area of Florida in all her glory. Forecast for us here in SC is 12"-16" of rain mid-week, don't know where we're going to put it because we've already had plenty with more in the forecast each day before she shows up...

To our friends in Florida who will bear the brunt of Debby's wrath, stay safe and vigilant...

Prayers for anybody in the path.
My place here in the upstate has been dryer than a popcorn fart. In the past 6-8 weeks I've had 3" in my rain guage total. Not gonna complain though only had to cut 3 times and that was just tall sprout up.

Our governor has declared a state of emergency which really means he can mobilize resources. Of more concern is that Jim Cantore and his Weather Channel crew is on the way. When he shows up, the thought is that things are not going to be good, but maybe it's just been a slow weather news summer so far...

We're still waiting for them to narrow down the path they have it within about 150 miles or so they say. They are changing the forecast slightly about every time they come out with new data.
Unless it does something crazy it's going to track between me and Brian. Hopefully won't be a bad one.

We are also under state of emergency and Stephanie Abrams is reporting fron Savannah 😙 Predictions are for 15-20 inches of rainfall for us at the moment.
We will most certainly lose power but I have my power inverter ready and can run some fans, internet and TV

Stay safe!

How ya making it Charles?

The remnants of Debbie are supposed to hit our already flood saturated state this weekend. Thankfully the area I live in has been spared the flooding.
