Keith. I have some whole Red Tilapia I want to grill on the kettle. Any tips to keep from sticking? I tried once before and it was a disaster. I have SS grates on it now.
olive oil on a paper towel, wipe down the hot grates just before putting the fish on. Don't try and grill fish on a fire less than 425*F or you run the risk of the meat sticking. Don't be too quick to flip, let it cook almost all the way thru on the first side before you flip. Only flip once and check INT with a temp. probe. to check for doneness.
