I've thought about it but never tried it. My rotisserie is for an open fire Santa Maria style and might work for ribs but I don't know about butts.has anyone spun spare ribs?? i have a plan for this but just wondering if anyone has.. i'm taking them out today.. i still spin butt's and oh so nice a color and only takes 5 hrs.. i put the wood on burner n nice smoke
When your retired it’s just another Day, but I will probably fire up something. It’s so hot here, it will probably be something simple.
