I am new to smoking and have just bought a Bradley Countertop smoker. I would like to learn how to smoke meat, fish and veg and have found some of the threads to be of tremendous help. Having said that, as a life long (50+ years) vegetarian, I never have the luxury of tasting smoked meat and fish. I just want to do it for my family and friends (British weather permitting of course). I look forward to what I consider to be another branch of culinary expertise about which I am longing to learn.
