Which spell checker do you use on your laptop?

My free trial of LT LanguageTool just ran out, and I can't spell worth a sh!t?

I want something that runs in the background as you type, and is most importantly (FREE) LOL!!! I run FireFox on my windows laptop. Is there something that you can point me towards please. I need it DESPERATELY please.

I just added a Windows spell checker, I guess we'll see how that works out. I don't like how you have to click on misspelled words to then choose from a list of words to correct things. LT was much quicker/ simpler.

But, for now if this is all there is I guess it will have to do.

I'll keep searching I guess.

In Firefox settings look under Languages. As far as an alternative spell checker for Windows I can't say as I use Linux.
