HELP! My wife is doing Weight Watchers!!!!

If she likes the veggies, try the dish I made for the Christmas side Que contest (it actually won). Basically a smoked Greek salad served on a smoked portabella mushroom cap. The complete recipe is in the contest thread. It was very good.

I'm glad somebody posted this, with all the New Years resolutions my wife jumped on the bandwagon. As soon as she told me that "we" were on weight watchers I started having smoke withdrawls. Had to start researching quick. Looks like some great ideas out there. Please keep them coming in.
