Hello everyone,
My name is Vince, been smoking for a few years now. I thought I had an account for this site as I used to lurk around quite a bit a few years ago but couldn't get logged in so maybe not. Anyways I'm here now...
So a little about myself. I am from the Chicagoland area and I started smoking meat about 7 years ago when I came across a UDS and just had to try and make one to see how well it worked. Most of my cooks are some type of pork like ribs or shoulder but throw on a nice hunk of beef here and there.
