Hello everyone. After using all of your guys knowledge for the better part of a year I decided to join the forum. I have been smoking for just under a year and I love it. I have a MES and I just got the cold smoke attachment to go with it. I live in Michigan and as far as skill level goes I would consider myself very much a novice still. Nice to meet you all.
