My name is Stephen. I am accomplished with a grill but fairly new to smoking. I'm just starting an old GE fridge build which I posted some questions about in that forum. I also brew my own beer. My perfect Sunday consists of a zero gravity chair, a lit grill, and several craft brews. Looking forward to meeting you all.
