Guess I oughta post something here, been lurking here off and on for a few years. Name's Rob, I hail from The People's Republic of Taxistan, Maryland to those that don't live here. ;)

Been smoking meats off and on for 30 or so years. We just bought a Dyna Glo sidebox smoker because the old Brinkman finally rusted away to nothing and was sent to the scrapper. hopefully it'll get here some time this week so I can do a brisket for the weekend.

Well, if something's too good to be true it probably is. i found that Dyna Glo on Amazon for $104.22 shipped. Looks like the seller was a scammer. Amazon refunded my money. So now back to the drawing board. Might have to use my skillset as a machinist and make my own.
