Hello Big Shea from New Mexico,
Wow! have fun on your Lang, I just upgraded from my Char-Broiler offset to a Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn that I modified into a reverse flow. That's all I could convince the wife to allow me to do for now, Lol!. Very jealous of your Lang. Have fun.
