Wow what a wealth of knowledge. I stumbled upon this site about a month ago when i got the itch to build a smoker, man i have learned alot! I have a welding / fabrication shop and am in the process of build a offset RF smoker. Ive never smoked before so this should be interesting. I will post some pics as soon as i can.
