Hey all, just wanted to say hello, new here. Purchased a MES 135S this weekend from lowes, Seems pretty nice, lots of reading to do on here. I have a 4 probe remote therm so far as i read that the MES probe stinks. I need to do some reading on a PID, as that might be something try in the future also. Anyways, glad to be here.

welcome to smf, I use a mes 30 I know you just got your smoker but you should look into the amnps tray or tube, it makes smoking much easier
