This is a fantastic site with endless information. I can't not believe how much we have learned in only a short time of finding this site.

We have been smoking for quiet a while now. It all started when we decided to process our own deer and from there it exploded!!! Who would have thought there was so much use for a smoker.

Oh, and I should mention I am MossyMo's wife for those that know him. You have turned my husband into a smoking fool, he is officially addicted to this site and to smoking.

Thanks for all the great information - the wealth of knowledge on this site is amazing.
