Hello Everyone!

My name is Wendy, I am new to this forum as well as to Smoking.

I just purchased a Masterbuilt Sportsman 44" Propane Smoker (my first ever smoker).

I am here to learn anything and everything I can about my smoker and about smoking, i.e. what meats I should use, rubs, smoking times, thermometers, mods, etc...

Any and all tips and suggestions are welcomed.

I look forward to chatting with everyone and soaking up all the knowledge I can from experienced "smokers".
