Hello frm North Carolina

Hey ya'll. I introduced myself in the North Carolina group and though I should post up here as well.  From central NC and am beginning to learn about smoking.  I grew up helping my dad run his catering business which he did rotisserie chicken and chopped beef and chopped pork, whole pigs and such.  Thought it was interesting and now am getting into myself.

Look forward to learning about things and conversing with ya'll.
