Saying thanks to everyone for all the help!!!!
I have spent hours and hours on here learning.
We enjoy making our own sausage, hamburger and smoking meat. Nice to know what you are eating.

Hello all, decided to upgrade after years of smoking on a thin drum. How do you all season the new smoker, I've heard rubbing lard all over inside and out. What do you suggest?
