Hey guys. Glad to be here. Smoking out of Vermont. 12 inches of snow and still coming down as I write this! Mostly smoke on my Pit Barrel, but also have Hog Box for larger parties, and just picked up a RiverGrille Rancher to Play with. Mostly because I get Nervous hanging bigger brisket and its a pain to red paper on the PBC. Looking forward to talking some good BBQ!
