I have one of the small cajun electric smokers that I have been using for the past year.  I have delighted my wife and kids with my creations during that time.  I asked Santa for a 42" MES for Christmas and was excited to come home from work today with this package under the tree.  I believe!!!!.

Thanks for all of the comments.  I've tried everything to get an early present.  Apparently "these briskets are too long for my smoker" isn't a good enough excuse.  It reminds me of 1979 when I knew I had a bb gun under the tree.  I'm not sure I can wait another day.

i feel your pain hope its what u want. My wife got me mes 30 but she couldn't cary it so i had to bring it in the house but since i knew what it is she didn't wrap it so i have to stare at it and still can't uae it

Since I'm off the the store for some eggs and bacon for tomorrows breakfast I might go ahead and pick up a couple of pork butts just to try her out.
