GRilled Quesadillas

Cooked the ground meat and veggies in a cast iron pan on the grill. Put the meat into a tortilla with lots of cheese, folded and put them on the grill for a minute. Almost had epic fail as folded quesadilla thinner than the space between the grill Whew!

That looks good bud. Had mushroom quesadillas for lunch at a local spot. Nice work and glad you saved yourself from a fail

They did. Just need to remember that they are done vey quickly and to have appropriate tool at hand to flip and get off the grill.
